American Indian Quarterly has been in existence from 1974 to the present published by University of Nebraska Press. The articles are peer-reviewed, consisting of original work such as poetry and essays and also scholarly articles such as research articles and historical studies. The journal is a collection of different types of articles on history, culture, poetry, elements of Indianism, religion, tradition, and anthropology. The journal is useful for students and multicultural readers because it has a variety of Native American studies which has many exciting issues and topics.
